We can answer any questions that you may have regarding finger sizing, availability of items, ship times, etc.  Orders can be placed by phone or on this website.

Shipping Information:

Our standard shipping is free.

We ship within the United States only

We insure all shipments.  You are not responsible if a package does not arrive.

We ship using US Mail for values up to $499

We ship using US Registered Mail for values from $500 to $10,000

Optional US Express Mail Upgrade (arrives next day to most locations, 365 days/year)
$8.00 shipping charge added

How long will my order take to be shipped?

Some items are in stock and will ship the same or next business day, even if the listed ship time is longer.  If it’s an item that is out of stock then the ship time can be as little as 1 week up to 3 weeks for some items such as wedding bands that must be made in your size.  The estimated ship times are normally listed with each individual item or as a group.  We will always verify the expected ship time when you call your order in, or when we confirm your web order via e-mail.  Please let us know if you have an important deadline.

Returns:

Items may be returned for refund or exchange within 10 days, if in new unworn condition, excluding some special order items such as wedding rings made in your size.  Feel free to inquire if a particular style/size/metal would be returnable.  Ship returning items to:

(Good Tip)  Finger sizing is the only problem our customers ever seem to experience.  People are always very happy with the actual rings, but rings that don’t fit are disappointing and expensive.  If you can get the finger size right it’s a pretty safe bet that you will be happy with your order.  A trip to a jeweler to be measured is a good idea.  Most any jeweler is happy to do this for you at no charge.
