"Cuirle mo croide" (Gaelic ~ Pulse of my Heart)

Poesy ring inscribed on exterior in Gaelic: Cuirle mo croide. Inscribed on the interior is the translation: Pulse of my heart.

This ring is derived from the inscription of a poesy ring probably made in Dublin in the 17th century engraved in period Gaelic, 'cuirle mo croide', 'pulse of my heart'. Gaelic poesy rings are relatively rare and therefore highly treasured, especially this one in which the passion of love is expressed so eloquently. Unfortunately, although the poesy was recorded, the original ring has now been lost. We have engraved it on a simple modern ring shape.

All rings are gift boxed.  Story cards are included that provide detail about the history behind each design.
